Our Programs
Each CrossFit Fairport program has a different emphasis, but every class shares the same foundation: attentive coaching, adaptable workouts, and a welcoming community. Review the options below to find the best starting point for your goals, experience, and stage of life.
CrossFit
CrossFit combines functional strength work, gymnastics, weightlifting, and conditioning in workouts that change from day to day. A coach explains the movements, helps you choose appropriate options, and keeps the focus on sound technique. You do not need to be in shape before you begin: movements, loads, repetitions, and pace can all be adjusted to meet you where you are. This program is a strong fit if you want well-rounded fitness, measurable progress, and the energy of training alongside a supportive group.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a fast-paced, interval-based workout built for people who want an efficient, high-energy training session. The emphasis is on moving consistently, raising your heart rate, and challenging major muscle groups without needing prior CrossFit experience. Coaches provide clear direction and adaptable movement options, so you can work hard at a pace that is appropriate for you. Choose Bootcamp if you enjoy variety, group motivation, and a conditioning-focused workout that helps you build stamina and total-body fitness.
CrossFit for Teens
CrossFit for Teens gives young people a structured place to learn movement skills, develop strength, and build confidence. Coaching emphasizes proper technique and age-appropriate progress rather than comparing athletes or chasing heavy loads. Workouts can support general fitness as well as the strength, coordination, and conditioning that carry over to school sports and everyday activity. It is equally welcoming to experienced athletes and teens who are new to exercise, with a supportive group environment where effort, consistency, and encouraging one another matter.
CrossFit for Seniors
CrossFit for Seniors is designed for older adults who want to remain active, capable, and confident in everyday life. Sessions use modified exercises and scaled workouts to develop practical strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness at an appropriate level. Coaches help each person choose movements and ranges of motion that suit their current ability, making the program accessible whether you have trained for years or are returning after time away. The goal is sustainable progress that supports the activities you want to keep doing outside the gym.
