Join us for our annual Alex Fee Memorial WOD during normal class times. This event is hosted for CFF members.

We're collecting donations for Gananda Dollars for Scholars to fund Alex Fee Scholarships. Contact the gym for donation options.

A Garage Games masters competition with ten five-year age brackets, from 30–34 through 75+. Men and women can compete RX or Scaled in every bracket.

Schedule: check-in 7:45 AM, judge briefing 8:25 AM, athlete briefing 8:40 AM, welcome 8:55 AM, Event 1 at 9:00 AM.

A global team competition for teams of 2. Teams at every VDM host gym do the same four workouts on the same day, with scores on one global leaderboard.

Divisions: male and female teams in RX or Scaled; co-ed teams in RX, Intermediate, Scaled, or Masters 40+. Athletes ages 14–17 may compete under VDM youth standards.

A two-day competition in Lake Placid's Olympic venues, with a $5,000 prize purse.

Individuals (Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, and Masters 40+) earn their spot through the Online Qualifier. Registration opens November 30, 2026 at 6:00 AM EST. Workouts run January 21 to February 8, 2027, and invites go out February 22, 2027.

Partner teams (Rx and Intermediate) skip the qualifier and register directly for the main event, subject to available team spots.
