I was an accomplished endurance athlete who turned to CrossFit after being somewhat burned out from the long hours of training for Ironman Lake Placid in 2010, various other triathlons and marathons, both on and off roads. Impressed by how much more “fit” I was after 6 months of CrossFit than I was from doing years of straight endurance sports, I was hooked. I decided to see what CrossFit Endurance was all about and got my CrossFit Level 1 Certificate in 2012. From there my love and respect for the sport of CrossFit and the athletes who do it grew more and more every day. I love to help people get stronger, be more mobile, and have better race times, (if you are so inclined). I emphasize proper form as a priority in strength work and it is equally important in running, rowing and swimming.
