Welcome to CrossFit Fairport. Our environment is welcoming to all – from the brand new athlete, to the sports player, to the elite. We want you to reach a new level of fitness in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Our goal is to help you meet your goals. We spend time with our clients teaching them proper form and technique. Evaluation is an ongoing process - we continually check on your progress.
CrossFit programming consists of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high-intensity. CrossFit is scalable – workouts are adjusted to our client’s abilities. We know this program is effective, efficient, and results oriented. And honestly? It's fun. Kind of like a playgroup for grown ups! **Memorial Day Holiday Schedule Update**
Monday, May 27 the only WOD is “Murph”
1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run.
You can participate individually or as a team of 2 or a team of 4.
We are running heats at 7am, 8am, and 9am. Those are the only classes on Memorial Day.
