Welcome to CrossFit Fairport. Our environment is welcoming to all – from the brand new athlete, to the sports player, to the elite. We want you to reach a new level of fitness in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Our goal is to help you meet your goals. We spend time with our clients teaching them proper form and technique. Evaluation is an ongoing process - we continually check on your progress.

CrossFit programming consists of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high-intensity.  CrossFit is scalable – workouts are adjusted to our client’s abilities. We know this program is effective, efficient, and results oriented. And honestly? It's fun. Kind of like a playgroup for grown ups!
